If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange.
Items are to be returned within thirty days of the purchase date to be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
If the item is defective send an email to customer service and we will issue a RMA number. When you receive the authorization number, you can return the item(s). Please note you can not send an item back without a RMA number.
